Refund Policy
Last updated: 8 October 2026
1. About this policy
This refund policy explains when you can get your money back for a coin order placed through FCCoins, how to ask for a refund and how the money is returned. It applies to every order placed through fccoins.org, which our partner Onlyfarms takes payment for and delivers.
It should be read with our terms of service and the 72-hour guarantee. Onlyfarms' own terms also apply to its checkout. Nothing in this policy takes away any right you have under the consumer law of your country of residence.
2. When you can get a refund
Your order wasn't delivered
If no coins reached your club and the order can't be delivered, you get a full refund. The same applies if you ask to cancel before any coins have been delivered. Deliveries often start within minutes of payment, so if you want to cancel, contact live chat straight away.
Your order was only partly delivered
If some of the coins arrived and the rest can't be delivered, you are refunded for the part that didn't arrive, in proportion to the price you paid. For example, if half of the coins were delivered, half of the price is returned.
The delivery can't be completed
Sometimes a delivery that has started cannot be finished. Where that happens, we first try to complete it with you, for instance by asking for new details or giving a new listing price. If it still can't be completed, the undelivered part of the order is refunded.
You paid twice, or we cancelled the order
If you were charged more than once for the same order, the extra payment is refunded in full. If we or our partner cancel an order, for example because of a pricing error or a failed payment check, any amount taken for it is refunded in full.
3. When a refund isn't possible
A refund is not available in the following cases:
- The order was delivered in full. Once all of the coins have reached the club for the platform you chose at checkout, the service has been performed.
- The coins have been spent. Coins that have gone on packs, players or SBCs can't be treated as undelivered, and they can't be taken back to refund you.
- Problems caused during a Comfort Trade. This covers problems that arise because you signed in to your EA account or changed your account details before the order was complete.
- EA's decisions about your account. If EA removes coins, restricts the transfer market or suspends or bans an account after delivery, that is EA's decision and not part of the delivery. Our terms explain this risk.
- A change of mind after delivery. This includes finding a lower price elsewhere or deciding you no longer need the coins.
- Price changes after delivery. Card and coin prices move all the time, and a later change does not make an order eligible for a refund.
Delivery problems first reported after the 72-hour window fall outside the guarantee. Please contact us anyway: we will look at what happened, and this does not affect any rights the law gives you.
4. Your right of withdrawal (EU and UK consumers)
If you live in the European Union or the United Kingdom, consumer law normally gives you 14 days to withdraw from a contract made online, without giving a reason. Delivering coins is a digital service that starts as soon as payment goes through, so special rules apply.
When you place an order and ask for delivery to start straight away, you agree that the service is performed immediately, and you accept that your right of withdrawal ends once the service has been fully performed, that is, once all of the coins have been delivered.
If you withdraw before the delivery is complete, you pay only for the part that has already been delivered and get the rest of the price back. If no coins have been delivered yet, the whole amount is refunded. To withdraw, send us a clear message through live chat or by email with your order number. You don't need to use any particular form.
5. How to ask for a refund
Contact our 24/7 live chat or email [email protected]. To help us deal with your request quickly, please include:
- the order number from checkout and the email address you used there;
- your platform and delivery method, and the number of coins you ordered;
- what went wrong, and the coin balance you can see in your club now;
- for a duplicate payment, the date and amount of each charge as shown on your statement.
Never send your full card number, and don't send your EA password by email. Support never needs them to handle a refund.
Support checks your request against the order and delivery records. Where coins are missing, the first step is usually to complete the delivery under the guarantee. If that isn't possible, or you are entitled to a refund in any of the cases above, we arrange the refund and confirm the amount to you.
6. How refunds are paid
Refunds are paid through our partner Onlyfarms, which took the payment, back to the original payment method. If you paid with Apple Pay or Google Pay, the money goes back to the card behind the wallet. Refunds can't be sent to a different card, account or person.
Refunds are made in the currency you were charged in, which is normally euros. If your bank converted the original payment, the amount that reaches your account may differ slightly because of exchange rate changes or bank fees, which are outside our control.
Once a refund has been issued, how long it takes to appear depends on your bank or payment provider. If it hasn't arrived within the time your bank usually needs, contact us and we will confirm when it was issued, so you can follow it up with your bank.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us before opening a chargeback or a dispute with your bank or payment provider. A refund through support is usually much faster. While a dispute is open, we generally can't refund the same payment as well, because you would be paid twice.
When a chargeback is opened, the payment provider asks for information about the order. For an order that was delivered, the order and delivery records are provided to contest the chargeback, and the payment provider makes the final decision.
Opening a chargeback for an order you received, or for a problem you caused, is treated as misuse under our terms of service. In that case, further orders from you may be refused. This does not stop you from using the protection your bank or card scheme offers if you were charged for an order that was never delivered and we haven't resolved it.
8. How this policy fits with the guarantee
The 72-hour guarantee decides whether a delivery problem is covered and how it is fixed, usually by completing the delivery. When completing it isn't possible, the money is returned under this policy. Both share the same exclusions.
This policy also covers cases the guarantee doesn't deal with, such as duplicate payments, cancellations before delivery and the right of withdrawal. Neither the guarantee nor this policy replaces your legal rights.
9. Contact
For anything about a refund, email [email protected] or use our 24/7 live chat. The contact page lists every way to reach us. Please always include your order number.
