How we collect reviews of FUT coin orders
The rules below apply to every review on FCCoins, whether it gives one star or five. They're also our promise to anyone deciding how much to trust what they read here.
Who can leave a review
Only someone who has placed an order and received it in full. We invite a review once the order is complete, and every review is tied to a real order number, so nobody else can post one in a buyer's name. One order, one review.
We don't pay for reviews. Nor do we offer coins, discounts or any other reward in return for one, whatever the rating.
Every rating gets published
We don't filter by score. A one-star review goes up exactly as a five-star one does, in date order, and the overall rating is worked out from all of them. Nothing is held back for being unflattering.
We don't edit what you write
The rating, the wording and the date stay as the buyer left them. We don't correct spelling, shorten reviews or reword them to sound better. If a buyer later updates their review, the new version appears with its own date.
When we remove something
There are two exceptions, and both are narrow:
- Personal data. Email addresses, EA account names, phone numbers and payment details are taken out to protect the buyer, in line with our privacy policy. The rest of the review stays, with a note showing that something was removed.
- Abuse. Threats, hate speech, spam and adverts come down. A harsh but honest review is not abuse, and it stays up.
We never remove a review because it's negative, and we never ask a buyer to take one down.
How we answer complaints
When a review describes a problem, we reply in public, under the review, so other readers can see what happened next. The order itself is then sorted out through live chat, under the terms of the 72-hour guarantee.
Once our Trustpilot profile is open, the same rules apply there alongside Trustpilot's own. Everything we've published so far is on the reviews page.
